- Opportunity to welcome the audience (five minutes max.) on one of the days. The day and time is subject to the signed contract return date and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The speaker must be a registered conference attendee and is not in addition to the places included within your package. The language of the welcome should match that of the conference.
- Opportunity to distribute a sustainable corporate gift in the lunch area on one of the days. To be approved by STEP and not branded stationery; the day is subject to first-come, first-served.
- Breakfast briefing session (max 30 mins) on the morning of day two of the conference. Featured as a sponsored session on the agenda and expected 40+ delegates. Please note this must be technical content and the content and speakers are subject to STEP approval (please ask for more details).
