- Opportunity to welcome the audience (5 mins max) on one of the days. The day and time is subject to the signed contract return date and is allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. The speaker must be a registered conference attendee and is not in addition to the places included within your package. The language of the welcome should match that of the conference.
- Exclusive breakfast briefing session (max 30 mins) on the morning of day two of the conference. Featured as a sponsored session on the agenda and expected 25+ delegates. Please note this must be technical content and the content and speakers are subject to STEP approval (please ask for more details). The sponsor will commission their speaker and provide their presentation slides.
